Dhyanesh joined RMB India in 2011 from Houlihan Lokey. He has been pivotal in executing a range of domestic and cross-border M&A transactions as well as capital raise (private equity, structured credit) transactions. He brings extensive expertise across diverse sectors and has over 17 years’ investment banking experience. He holds an MBA (Finance) from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS), Mumbai, India; and a B.E. (Electronics and Telecommunications) degree from Vivekanand Education Society’s Institute of Technology (VESIT), Mumbai, India.

Nitesh joined RMB India in 2019 and is responsible for client coverage and execution across consumer, industrials and BFSI sectors. He has over 18 years’ investment banking experience and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Krishna joined RMB Corporate Finance in 2006. Having initially spent five years in the RMB SA, Krishna moved to London in 2011 for two years to focus on cross-border M&A activity. He has a broad cross-section of experience across M&A, equity capital markets, BEE transactions and restructures. Krishna is a fellow of the Institute of Actuaries (UK) and of the Actuarial Society of SA (FASSA) an is a qualified actuary.

Mr. Premnarayen, a former board member of FirstRand Bank, is Executive Chairman of ICS Group, the Anushkaa Foundation for Eliminating Clubfoot (India), the UN Women - Business Sector Advisory Council (India) and a board member of Skylotech India. He has held various positions with the World Bank, AIMA, CII, IMC Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Tata International, Tata Africa, Noida Toll Bridge amongst others.

Sachin joined RMB India in April 2023 from IIFL Securities. He has over 15 years’ investment banking experience and leads client coverage and execution across BFSI, consumer and healthcare sectors. He holds an MBA (Finance) from Mumbai University and a B.E. (Mechanical) degree from Pune University.

Nitish joined RMB India in September 2022. He brings nearly a decade of experience in mid-market investment banking, with extensive exposure to M&A and private equity transactions. He has advised on successful deals across consumer, healthcare, industrials and TMT sectors. Prior to joining RMB India, he was associated with Anand Rathi Advisors in their investment banking team based in Mumbai. Nitish is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Kaushal joined RMB India in June 2022. Over the years, he has gained strong deal experience across several sectors including BFSI, industrials, consumer and agriculture. He has over nine years’ experience in investment banking and equity research. He has an MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB), a CFA (USA), and is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI).

Suneet joined RMB India in August 2022 and is responsible for deal execution across healthcare, fintech, consumer, and IT sectors. With over eight years’ experience across banking and consulting, he has advised on both M&A and capital raise transactions, managing the entire deal lifecycle from origination to closure. He is a CFA and has a B.Tech. (Electronics and Telecommunications) degree from Mumbai University.

Manav joined RMB India in August 2025 and plays a key role in executing private equity capital raises and M&A transactions. He has 2 years of investment banking experience backing him to contribute across industrials, financial services, and consumer markets. Manav holds a Master’s degree in Finance from IE Business School, Madrid.

With over two years’ experience, he contributes across the deal lifecycle and has experience across multiple sectors with specific expertise in manufacturing, logistics, testing, inspection and certification (TIC) segments. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
